Returns

Returns are nice and easy, if you want to return or exchange an item, all you have to do is return it to the sender address which will be on your package - if you have any issues at all please contact us at shipping@versaforma.com and we will give you further instructions.

All Items that you wish to return or exchange must fill the following criteria

  • All returns and exchanges must be within 21 days of recieving delivery
  • We cannot accept socks and caps for hygiene reasons
  • Returns and exchanges must be unused, as new, in the original packaging - free of smoke, hair and dust

The Cost of the item including discounts applied at time of purchase will be refunded. When you receive your package you should have included a returns form. If you have not received a returns form please contact us and we will send you a copy or just write down what you would like to return or exchange (make sure to include your order number).

We recommend returning your order via a local postal service. Please note, you are liable for the cost of return and it is your responsibility to ensure the items get back to us so we strongly recommend you use a tracked service for your return. Once we have received the return shipment if an exchange is required we will cover the cost of the second shipment back to you.
