Returns & Exchanges
Returns are nice and easy, if you want to return or exchange an item, all you have to do is return it to the sender address which will be on your package - if you have any issues at all please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further instructions.
All Items that you wish to return or exchange must fill the following criteria
- Products must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.
The Cost of the item including discounts applied at time of purchase will be refunded. When you receive your package you should have included a returns form. If you have not received a returns form please contact us and we will send you a copy or just write down what you would like to return or exchange (make sure to include your order number).
We recommend returning your order via a local postal service. Please note, you are liable for the cost of return and it is your responsibility to ensure the items get back to us so we strongly recommend you use a tracked service for your return. Once we have received the return shipment if an exchange is required we will cover the cost of the second shipment back to you.
