We can only guarantee same day dispatch on orders made before 14:00 GMT. Orders placed after Friday 14:00 GMT will be dispatched on Monday. These delivery times are estimates.

Returns

Returns are nice and easy, if you want to return or exchange an item, all you have to do is email us at shipping@versaforma.com and we will give you further instructions.

All Items that you wish to return or exchange must fill the following criteria

  • All returns and exchanges must be within 21 days of receiving delivery
  • We cannot accept socks and caps for hygiene reasons
  • Returns and exchanges must be unused, as new, in the original packaging - free of smoke, hair and dust

 
The Cost of the item including discounts applied at time of purchase will be refunded. When you receive your package you should have included a returns form. If you have not received a returns form please contact us and we will send you a copy or just write down what you would like to return or exchange (make sure to include your order number).
